It all started in 1966 when a gentleman named Hardy Huntley set up a little spot on the side of the road to sell some stuff his wife bought at yard sales for him to fix. There are actually two markets on the same property, the Wagon Wheel and the Mustang. The Wagon Wheel is only open every Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. The Mustang is open every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. The Mustang is entirely outdoors and has kept the true flea market feel, with many used and garage sale items.
